Quick update. Followed the exercise regime for a few weeks until the pain levels were almost non-existent and I am now back playing tennis again. I am still continuing with the stretching and strengthening exercises to ensure there is no recurrence.

Many thanks for your mail. Things are going fine, I have noticed a difference in that I hardly notice any pain during the day. I am working through the exercises and have now got to the stage where I am doing them all. I sometimes have a busy day and don’t manage to fit all the sessions in but I have just been repeating that day with a full set next day. In the morning when I wake up I have more of a stiffness only. I do feel I am making progress though and I am glad I came upon your ad.

I have done the 1kg exercise for about 3 weeks on and off and a lot of the stretching, I am happy to report that my elbow is fine and I am able to gym again. Thank you as they were talking about cortisone injections and 6 months of therapy before I would see any difference but thank you it worked for me,

“Improvement continues…”

Pleased to report improvement continues so long as the improvement is there I have no good reason to stop. I believe your routine is the key to repair, stretching and strengthening. Yesterday I had a boat fishing trip, north sea wrecks. This was for me was the acid test for my status as the day is long and handling the rods requires a good pair of forearms. I had some slight discomfort at times but essentially I was OK and still OK the next day, this was a big boost.

Hey thanks for e-mailing back to me. I definitely felt more relief with those simple exercises than I have with the $300 spent on physio and topical products. Not exactly sure why this has happened to arm but I started doing a lot of arm work with weights and push-ups and perhaps got a bit aggressive.
